If a roof is not properly installed, it will need replacing long before it should have to be, and this can also lead to interior water damage, drafts, or the escaping of hot or cold air. Make sure your roof can withstand the elements!

5. Issues with plumbing: If your home has plumbing issues, this can lead to water damage, health hazards, and a great expense on your wallet. Other issues include water contamination and deterioration of floors or structures.
